Introduction to Pilates

This package includes 3 introductory private sessions and one group class.

Group Mat Classes

Beginners Mat Class

A Beginner-level mat class that focuses on proper form and alignment, while emphasizing stability and core strength. This class will help you develop a strong Pilates foundation, increase your strength and flexibility, and improve your posture, balance, and coordination.

Pilates Mat – Strong Core
An intermediate flow for those with Pilates or fitness experience, designed to build core strength, stability, and energy.

Payment Options

  • Single class for $12

  • Punch Card available for purchase, Buy 10 classes and receive the 11th free, $120

Both Mat Class options may  incorporate the use of props, including a  foam roller, small weights, therabands, and the Pilates Ultra-Fit Circle

If you haven’t tried Pilates before, it is highly recommended that you start with the Beginners Mat Class or Introduction to Pilates package before attending Strong Core.

Private Sessions

The mat-based private sessions allow you to create a deeper mind-body connection, allowing you to be more aware of your body’s habits and alignment. Private sessions are perfect for any age or ability level. Sessions are done on the mat with various props or on the reformer.
