Small Group Mat Classes

Strength + Flow (Level 2)

This intermediate mat class builds on foundational Pilates principles with a more continuous, flowing pace. Expect increased strength work, coordination, and core stability challenges while still prioritizing form and control.

Movements will be performed in a variety of positions—including standing and on the mat—with options to progress or modify as needed. Props may be incorporated to add intensity and variety.

Best suited for those who are familiar with basic Pilates movements and ready for a bit more challenge.
