Jennifer Freeman has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and fell in love with how it transformed her body and life—healing her back, improving flexibility, and leaving her with a renewed sense of energized well-being. As an instructor, she’s known for being approachable, patient, and excellent at explaining movements in a way that makes Pilates accessible for everyone.
Jennifer is a wife and mom to two beautiful children, and her family inspires her to live with intention and create a lifestyle rooted in wellness. In November 2021, she graduated as a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Practitioner. She is also in the process of completing her Pilates teaching certification, combining her love for mindful movement with her passion for holistic health.
Through her Pilates classes, Jennifer’s mission is to empower clients to reconnect with themselves, build strength and resilience, and discover ease of movement. She believes that Pilates, paired with a holistic lifestyle, can open the door to renewed vitality and balance in everyday life.
Raised in her hometown, Jennifer is deeply committed to supporting her community and helping others feel strong, confident, and nourished from the inside out.
How I Can Help
Through Freeflow Pilates, my goal is to guide and support others in finding greater ease, strength, and joy in their bodies. I know from personal experience how powerful movement can be—it has the ability to restore energy, ease pain, and bring a sense of balance to both body and mind.
I don’t see myself as just a Pilates instructor; I see myself as a partner walking beside you on your wellness journey. Together, we’ll focus on progress rather than perfection, creating space for you to move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel more at home within yourself.
