About Me
Hi, Im Jennifer, when I started my own Pilates practice, I quickly fell in love with how it transformed my body and overall well-being—helping me heal back pain, improve flexibility, and feel more energized and connected in my everyday life.
As an instructor, I am known for being approachable, patient, and clear in my instruction, making Pilates accessible and supportive for all levels.
I am a wife and mother of two, and my family inspires me to live with intention and create a lifestyle rooted in balance and wellness. I am also a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Practitioner, and I am currently in the process of completing my Pilates teaching certification, combining my love for mindful movement with my passion for holistic health.
Through my classes, my mission is to help clients reconnect with their bodies, build strength and resilience, and discover ease in movement. I believe that Pilates, supported by a holistic approach to health, can create lasting improvements in how we move, feel, and live.
I am deeply committed to supporting my community and helping others feel strong, confident, and nourished from the inside out.

Through FreeFlow Pilates, my goal is to guide and support you in finding greater ease, strength, and joy in your body. From my own experience, I know how powerful movement can be—it can restore energy, reduce pain, and bring balance to both body and mind.
I don’t see myself as just a Pilates instructor, but as a guide walking alongside you on your wellness journey. Together, we focus on progress over perfection, creating space for you to move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and feel more at home within yourself.
