How do I get started?

What should I wear?

Fitted Shirts, leggings or shorts are ideal but please wear what makes you most comfortable. Many exercises are done lying on our back with legs elevated, if you are wearing loose shorts, please wear liners under them. For safety on the reformer during private sessions, avoid hanging ties, and loose, flowy garments. It is best to be bare foot or wearing socks with grips on them. This allows you to be connected to the floor and removes the risk of slipping when performing exercises.

If you have long hair, please tie it back.

What should I bring?

If you are attending a group class, you are welcome to bring your own pilates mat. Otherwise, mats and props are provided. If you do bring your own mat, please make sure it is a thicker mat to make certain exercises more comfortable. For private sessions, all items are provided.

Please bring a water bottle.
