FreeFlow Pilates is a mindful Pilates studio that connects breath with movement, helping you build strength and balance from the inside out. Our goal is to nurture a deeper mind-body connection, offering an empowering experience that promotes well-being beyond the mat.

Why Pilates?

Pilates is a mind-body exercise system designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and enhance overall well-being. Exercises can be performed on a mat, with props, or on specially designed equipment. Each exercise focuses on the breath, proper form, optimal alignment, and efficient movement patterns. 

Pilates is a low-impact exercise accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Movements can be modified to support you in your personal health journey. Whether you're a beginner, an experienced athlete, or rehabbing from an injury, pilates is designed to help you move better in the studio and throughout life.

If you haven’t tried pilates before, it is highly recommended that you start with the Beginners Mat Class or the Introduction to pilates package before attending a group class.
